After an appeal to the female students who live in the internal departments in Karma Ali, and after they were chased and attacked by stray dogs, the Associate President of the University, Dr. Haider Khazal, launched a campaign to combat stray dogs. A committee consisting of the Assistant Director of the Internal Departments, in cooperation with Dr. Loay Ahmed Naeem, the Administrative Assistant, launched a campaign. At the College of Veterinary Medicine, where a large group of stray dogs was controlled and disposed of, the operation took place from six o’clock in the evening until nine o’clock at night on Saturday, 4/20/2024.
