As the end of the school year approaches, the dormitories begin the process of issuing certificates of good conduct.

As the current academic year approaches its end, and based on the administrative directives issued by the Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, Professor Dr. Maitham Abdul-Hussein Al-Wazzan, the clearance committees in the dormitories at the University of Basra have begun their work to clear the identities of students residing there.

Specialized committees have been formed in each residential building, composed of Internal Affairs Department staff, in coordination with the Follow-up Unit, to facilitate and organize the clearance process.

A timetable has also been circulated to all residential units, indicating the start dates for receiving students for clearance procedures. It is important to adhere to the specified times to avoid overcrowding.

Among the most important clearance procedures are the personal presence of the student or their representative, an inspection of the room, furniture, and supplies provided, ensuring there is no damage or loss, and the clearance form being stamped by department officials.

The clearance committees' work has proceeded smoothly according to established plans, and work is currently underway throughout the week to facilitate the orderly and organized departure of students, while preserving department property and ensuring the necessary administrative documentation.
