
The Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, Professor Dr. Maitham Abdul-Hussein Al-Wazzan, met to discuss the workflow within the departments. He listened to reports from the department secretaries regarding overall performance and discipline within each department. Ways to improve the dormitory environment in terms of cleanliness, ventilation, and periodic maintenance were also discussed. A monthly maintenance and follow-up schedule was agreed upon.
The Director also emphasized the need to monitor student compliance with regulations and instructions.
He also distributed new tasks among secretaries to ensure smooth workflow.
The attendees also discussed the ongoing preparations to receive new students and the importance of providing a suitable and comfortable housing environment for them from day one.
Among the most important recommendations and decisions mentioned by the Director of the Department of Internal Affairs were:
• Submitting a detailed monthly report from each department secretary to the department director.
• Activating the complaints and observations log within each department.
• Coordinating with the Maintenance Department to follow up on faults and repair them within a maximum period of 48 hours.
• Holding a regular monthly meeting between the administration and secretaries to follow up on developments.
