As part of the ongoing monitoring of operations in the dormitories and in an effort to improve the level of services provided to students, Mr. Mohammed Emad Kadhim, Assistant Lecturer and Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department, held a periodic meeting with the heads of the department's divisions and units. The meeting aimed to assess the current situation, discuss the most prominent problems and obstacles facing staff in their daily work, and develop appropriate solutions.
During the meeting, Mr. Kadhim emphasized the importance of teamwork and enhanced coordination among all units to ensure smooth operations and achieve the highest levels of organization and discipline within the dormitories.
The meeting addressed several key topics related to developing services, improving infrastructure, monitoring maintenance and cleaning, and meeting student needs. It also discussed ways to enhance administrative and service performance in line with the university's directives to improve the student housing environment.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Kadhim expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the dormitory staff for their continuous efforts, urging them to redouble their efforts and work with a high sense of responsibility to provide a suitable environment for students that supports their academic progress.
