As part of ongoing field monitoring and the Dormitory Affairs Department's commitment to providing a suitable living environment for students, the department's director, Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Emad Kadhim, conducted a field visit to several dormitories. The purpose of the visit was to assess the services provided to students and monitor the progress of administrative and organizational work within the dormitories.

 

During the visit, the director reviewed the general cleanliness, building maintenance, and the daily service distribution process. He also monitored the performance of the administrative staff working in the dormitories and emphasized the importance of adhering to the instructions and directives issued by the university administration and exerting maximum effort to provide a comfortable and safe environment for students.

 

He also listened to the observations and suggestions of several supervisors, affirming that the department continuously strives to improve services and raise the level of administrative performance in line with the university administration's directives to enhance the university housing environment and provide all necessary amenities for students.

 

At the conclusion of the visit, the Director commended the efforts of the administrative and service staff, emphasizing the importance of continuing to work as a unified team and regularly monitoring field needs to ensure smooth operations and the provision of the best possible services.
