The Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department Conducts a Field Visit to the Dormitories

As part of the ongoing commitment to improving the dormitories and enhancing the services provided to students, the Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department, Assistant Lecturer Muntadhar Jumaa Mahdi, conducted a comprehensive field visit to assess the current state of the dormitories and directly observe the administrative and service operations. During his visit, he met with the heads of the administrative and engineering departments and units.

The visit included reviewing organizational and service aspects, examining the operational mechanisms in place, and listening to feedback and needs raised in order to address obstacles and overcome difficulties. This aims to improve the university housing environment and ensure a suitable and safe atmosphere for students.

During his field visit, the Director emphasized the importance of adhering to established instructions and regulations, fostering a spirit of responsibility and cooperation among staff, and stressing the need to continue efforts to improve performance and achieve the highest level of service, in line with the directives of the University Presidency and its plans to develop the administrative and service aspects of the dormitories.
