The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, inaugurated the infrastructure projects at the University of Basra, the new internal department (9 female students).  The honorable and a number of officials confirmed that the ministry is working according to ambitious programs to implement academic projects, develop university institutions and complete its facilities in order to interact and respond to the requirements of the university environment in all its faculties and departments in order to serve the community and serve the university student.
