As part of its environmental sustainability policy, the University of Basra is carrying out pruning and landscaping work on its gardens.

The staff of the Agricultural Engineering Division in the Department of Internal Affairs at the University of Basra continued their work by pruning trees, mowing grass, cleaning, rehabilitating, and decorating the internal and external gardens of the departments, and planting new tree species.

These efforts aim to preserve the aesthetics of the green spaces and enhance the site, while providing a comfortable environment for students and affiliates.
