Students flock to dormitories in preparation for the start of the new academic year

The dormitories at the University of Basra witnessed a large influx of students from various governorates today, marking the start of the new academic year.

The department's administration has prepared all the necessary supplies and services to welcome the students, organizing registration procedures and assigning them to rooms, as well as providing furniture, essential services, and maintaining public facilities.

The Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department emphasized that efforts are continuing to provide a suitable residential environment that enhances students' educational progress. He noted that dormitories are a fundamental pillar in supporting the university process and providing a stable environment that helps students excel and succeed.
