The Department of Internal Affairs at the University of Basra received a delegation from the University of Oil and Gas, represented by Dr. Haider Al-Asadi, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs at the College of Industrial Management, and Dr. Fatima Hadi Ahmed, Director of Internal Affairs at the University of Oil and Gas. This visit aims to strengthen cooperation and exchange expertise between the two institutions.

During their tour, the visiting delegation was briefed on the nature of the department's work, the internal affairs management mechanism, and the services provided to students, as well as the development plans and periodic maintenance projects through which the university seeks to provide a suitable residential environment for students.

A joint meeting was also held between the two sides to discuss future cooperation in the areas of administration and student services, and to exchange successful experiences that would enhance student service delivery.

At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation from the University of Oil and Gas expressed their thanks and gratitude for the warm welcome, appreciating the significant efforts made by the Department of Internal Affairs in serving students.
