Under the direction of the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kadhim, and under the direct supervision of the Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, Assistant Professor Mohammed Imad Kadhim, and in an effort to provide a clean and healthy university environment, the cleaning company has commenced operations in all internal departments affiliated with the University of Basra.

The tasks included implementing extensive cleaning campaigns for the residential complexes, both inside and outside, including public squares, corridors, rooms, and service facilities, contributing to a comfortable and safe environment for resident students. The work also included daily waste removal and addressing some service concerns in coordination with the department's Follow-up and Sustainability Unit.

The Director of the Department of Internal Affairs emphasized that this step complements the university presidency's efforts to support services provided to students and provide a suitable learning environment. He noted that the department's management will continue to monitor the company's work periodically to ensure quality performance and continuity of services.
