The Dormitory Affairs Department Welcomes the Director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department for a Field Visit

The Dormitory Affairs Department at the University of Basra welcomed Mr. Jabbar Amin Jaber, Director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department, for a field visit this morning. He was accompanied by Mr. Mohammed Emad Kadhim, Assistant Lecturer and Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department. The purpose of the visit was to review the workflow and services provided to students residing in the dormitories, and to address the needs of both students and staff.

During the visit, discussions focused on ways to enhance cooperation between the two departments in areas related to improving the university housing environment and raising the efficiency of services provided to students. Several topics related to academic and cultural relations were also discussed, all aimed at improving the level of administrative and service performance within the university.

Mr. Jaber also toured several units within the department and observed the efforts made by the administrative and technical staff to create a suitable university environment for students.

At the conclusion of the visit, he expressed his gratitude to the administration and staff of the Internal Affairs Department for their warm welcome and excellent organization, commending their significant efforts in providing the best possible services to university students. He also emphasized the importance of continued cooperation and communication between departments to achieve shared goals that contribute to the academic progress of the University of Basra.
