The Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department conducts a field visit to monitor the progress of work in the dormitories.

Under the guidance of the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kadhim, and the direct supervision of the Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department, Assistant Lecturer Muhammad Imad Kadhim, the Director conducted a field visit to several dormitory complexes to monitor the progress of work and assess the services provided to students.

During the visit, the buildings and service facilities were inspected, and the cleanliness and maintenance levels of the complexes were reviewed. Students' feedback and suggestions regarding improving the university housing environment and providing a suitable atmosphere conducive to optimal academic performance were also heard.

During his visit, the Director emphasized the need for staff to intensify their efforts and provide the best possible services to students. He directed that the needs of the dormitories be monitored regularly and that obstacles be addressed promptly. He also stressed the importance of cooperation and coordination among all departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance the quality of services provided.

This tour is part of a series of regular field visits conducted by the Department of Internal Affairs to ensure the needs of students and staff are met and to achieve goals that serve the university and its community.
