As part of strengthening joint institutional work among the university's departments, Mr. Mohammed Emad Kadhim, Assistant Lecturer and Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department, conducted a field visit to the College of Education for Pure Sciences. This visit was part of an ongoing monitoring program aimed at improving services provided to students and enhancing cooperation between relevant colleges and departments.
He was received by the Dean, Professor Dr. Majid Mohammed Jassim, and they discussed several shared topics, primarily coordination mechanisms regarding student affairs in the dormitories and ways to overcome any obstacles they may face. They also explored opportunities to develop services for students in accordance with the directives of the university's administration.
The visit also included discussions on ways to enhance administrative and service cooperation between the two sides and an exchange of views on future plans that contribute to improving the university environment and providing the necessary support for students, which will positively impact the educational and organizational processes within the university.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Director of the Internal Affairs Department expressed his gratitude to the Dean and staff of the college for their warm welcome and cooperative spirit, emphasizing the continuation of communication and joint efforts to serve students and enhance institutional performance according to the highest standards.
