As part of ongoing monitoring and a continuous commitment to improving university housing and providing the best possible services for students, the Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department, Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Emad Kadhim, conducted a field inspection tour of several dormitories this morning.
The tour included a direct assessment of the services provided, monitoring maintenance and cleaning operations, and addressing student needs and promptly resolving any issues raised to ensure a safe and healthy living environment that supports their academic progress.
The tour also included visits to several administrative and service units within the dormitories to review work procedures and the efforts of staff. He emphasized the importance of discipline, efficiency in completing tasks, and the continued commitment to meeting student needs and improving the quality of services provided.
During his tour, the Director affirmed that the Dormitory Affairs Department is committed to implementing its programs and plans aimed at raising performance levels and fostering teamwork to create a suitable environment that reflects positively on the University of Basra and its dedication to its students.
