University of Basra Continues Periodic Maintenance Work in Dormitories
The University of Basra continues its periodic maintenance work in dormitories as part of its plan to enhance infrastructure and improve the efficiency of services provided to its students. This contributes to developing the university housing environment and improving student accommodation requirements.
The ongoing maintenance work includes a wide range of technical and engineering procedures, such as upgrading electrical, water, and sewage systems, addressing emergency malfunctions in internal networks, rehabilitating lighting systems, improving services in shared facilities, and maintaining green spaces and general cleanliness within the residential complexes.
The Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department, Mr. Mohammed Emad Kadhim, confirmed that this work is part of a periodic work program aimed at ensuring the sustainability of services and raising the level of readiness within the dormitories through on-site monitoring by technical and engineering teams.
