The Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department Conducts a Nighttime Inspection of Student Services

 

Mr. Mohammed Emad Al-Rubaie, Assistant Lecturer and Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department, conducted a nighttime field visit to several student housing complexes to assess the services provided to students and monitor service performance during nighttime hours.

 

The visit included inspecting residential buildings and service facilities, monitoring cleaning, lighting, and essential services, as well as reviewing the work of on-duty staff and ensuring their readiness to meet student needs.

 

Several field observations were noted, and relevant departments were instructed to take the necessary measures to address them and improve service levels.

 

The Director of Dormitory Affairs emphasized that these nighttime visits are part of the department's ongoing monitoring plan to ensure continuous service delivery around the clock and to promote a safe and stable living environment for students, in line with the directives of the University of Basra's administration and its commitment to providing the best possible services to support the educational process.
