For a More Organized and Safer Dormitory Environment… An Awareness Lecture to Enhance Work Regulations in Dormitories

Based on the importance of developing administrative and organizational work and strengthening adherence to regulations and instructions, the Dormitory Affairs Department held an awareness and guidance lecture entitled “Dormitory Regulations.” The lecture was presented by the Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department, Assistant Lecturer Muntadhar Jumaa Mahdi, and was attended by supervisory staff and department heads and unit managers.

The lecture addressed several important topics related to work mechanisms within dormitories, emphasizing the need to unify efforts and adhere to approved administrative instructions and procedures to ensure smooth operations and efficient management of residential units.

The department director also stressed the crucial role of staff, department heads, and unit managers in monitoring student affairs and maintaining order, as well as the importance of responsible handling of various situations and working as a unified team.
